Lillian was outstanding at her first state level competition winning three special awards in addition to a top prize for her age group. She was then invited to the National Convention held at the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan where she represented CT well. Lillian is taking advantage of this opportunity and has subsequently spoken at an environmental forum in Wethersfield where she met professors from Yale and professionals from the DEP.
