New Student Registration Information
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
Welcome to Brooklyn Elementary School
A student is not registered until the online registration forms are submitted, the registration documentation, including PROOF OF RESIDENCY has been received, and health records are approved by the school nurse.
First, complete the online forms linked directly below:
Nutrition Survey-PRESCHOOL ONLY
Next, Jill Hardacker, school secretary, will email you with directions to submit necessary documents to complete registration.
Information regarding requirement for health records can be found in the Parents Tab, Health, and Wellness Section on the website
